The original early ’30’s L-00 guitars are such wonderful instruments, we have not felt the need to make many changes. Ours are sprayed in two pieces before assembly, which is the only difference. We use hide glue for the soundboard construction and neck join.
The light build of these guitars produces a focused, resonant and full sound with a rich low-end.
Our L-00 has a sunburst finish, V-profile neck and imitation tortoiseshell scratchplate.
