The Louise

a parlour-size guitar, based on a late Nineteenth Century design
Available in 6 string and 12 string versions, left-handed or right-handed
12 frets to the body; scale length 626mm 6 string. 610mm 12 string
Slotted headstock, mahogany or maple neck
Rosewood, maple or mahogany back/sides. Sitka or Engelmann spruce or cedar top
Celluloid binding and purfling.

Louise 12 String

The Louise 12 string is, like its sister 6 string, a seductive parlour style guitar with surprising power and richness of tone. The short scale length allows tuning to pitch at low string tension and easy playing without a capo.

Dave King L-OO

African Mahogany back and sides Sitka spruce or Adirondack tops

These are direct copies of the original earley 30s L-OOs. Lightly braced hide glue for the top bracing dovetail and bridge. Also available in black.

The Katrina

a 000-size guitar, based on a 1930s design
12 frets to the body; 645 scale length
Available in 6 string and 12 string versions, left-handed or right-handed
Solid headstock, mahogany or maple neck
Rosewood, maple or mahogany back/sides. Sitka or Engelmann spruce or cedar top
Celluloid binding and purfling

The Matilda

A dreadnought-size guitar
Available in 6 string and 12 string versions, left-handed or right-handed
14 frets to the body; 626 scale length
Solid headstock, mahogany or maple neck
Rosewood, maple or mahogany back/sides. Sitka or Engelmann spruce or cedar top
Celluloid binding and purfling

Prices for basic models start at £1895 (with BWB Purfling) in either mahogany or rosewood, mahogany neck. Tops are available in sitka or engelmann spruce or cedar.

Prices for the luxury models start at £2100 which includes the sinuous headstock and pyramid bridge and choice of purflings, eg.,herringbone. Abalone soundhole rosette. Bodies are available in either mahogany or rosewood, necks in mahogany or maple. Tops in either sitka or engelmann spruce or cedar . Bound fretboard.

Options available at extra cost are as follows:

12 String £200

Abalone purfling £250 front, £250 back, £400 sides

Waverly Tuners £180

Cutaway £200

A choice of timbers available: prices on request.

Neck widths 44mm at nut 54mm at twelfth fret (can be changed at no cost)

All instruments now have dovetailed necks and scalloped bracing.
